Educational exchange initiatives have long been used as a tool to both foster international cooperation and promote the development of the technical and linguistic skills needed to operate in an increasingly globalized world. In spite of the potential benefits, opportunities for direct educational entrepreneurship exchange within the EU and Mideast are not as robust as in most regions of the world, US for example.

To address this, HOA Dublin in partnership with HTU Amman launched the EYE program for direct engagement of Young entrepreneurs between Ireland and Jordan.
